ULTRA DAYS

John’s time at Ultra, friends with Killian McCrane, Liam and Luci McKinley. Trained and mentored by Roger and Jedikiah Price. Extends past his own Anaxing to Roger’s death at his hands and subsequent escape from Ultra. [1998-2007 {Age 11-21}]

VAMPIRE KING’S CONSORT [HUB POST]

After killing Roger, John flees from Ultra, taking refuge in the South and managing to stumble his way into Shreveport Louisiana. There he meets a vampire named Radulph Noir, and his life is never the same again. {2007-Present {Age 21-Present}]

ARTEMIS AND APOLLO

Instead of being Anaxed and immediately sent to kill Roger, John is drafted by the Founder to take part in a two part project called Artemis and Apollo. He fills the role of “Apollo” after being trained with the Founder’s protege Diana Mather, who has also been Anaxed, filling the role of ‘Artemis’. The two are inseperable because of their connection forged in training. They are the Founder’s paranormal assassins who protect their species from discovery by the humans until Ultra has full control over any possible problems. [2007-Present {Age 21-Present)]

REBEL LEADER WHO DOESN'T FIGHT

John tracking down the first of their group. Clarissa, Russell, Cara. Running from Ultra, before the Lair to the start of the show. [2007-2013 (Age 21-26)]  

SITTING DUCKS

From the beginning of Tomorrow People on his own to the point where the Founder takes his powers and dumps him back on the street. Basic show canon before everything got turned on its head. [2013-2014 (Age 26-27)]  

HUMAN NOT USELESS

John recovering from the sudden realization that he is human and no longer part of the species he was genetically modified to protect. He finds comfort in being around Astrid. Extends to Jedikiah gifting him with Roger’s powers. Sometimes will move into AU territory where John is still human. 

PROTO

From the point Jedikiah gave John his powers back and beyond. John has lost the memory of the last 6/7 years of his life. Jedikiah has given him a false reasoning, explaining that the Founder had kept him barely above comatose in the Citadel, sedated because he was a threat to the Founder after he was Anaxed and Jedikiah could only get him out after the Founder was killed by Roger’s son. With a list of his old friends as recruits, he works with Jedikiah as the prototype of the first paranormal super-soldier.

SON OF MAN (CANON DIVERGENT)

John gets his powers back from Jedikiah, but does not experience the accidental memory loss. Knowing Jedikiah will eventually call on that ‘favor’, John goes back to his people and tries to pick up his life where he left off.

MARVEL (SHIELD SPECIFIC, SORT OF)

John was friends with Agent Bobbi Morse of SHIELD (agentmorse) before he lost his powers. Staying in contact with her for the ultimate gain of removing Ultra from power, he was her liason on all things Tomorrow People. When he was taken by Jedikiah and had his powers restored, he did not remember Bobbi when Jedikiah unwisely sent him to parlay with SHIELD. She took him into her custody and ended up restoring his memory by cognitive recallibration (which he rightfully deserved). Reunited with his people, he agreed to become a sort of honorary SHIELD agent to report in to Bobbi and continually add new breakouts to the Index in hopes of keeping track of their kind better.

Note: Will not be immediately friendly to Lincoln Campbell.

Love Lockdown || Drabble || John Verse

It was a nice morning. A lot of the streets felt empty as you drove to work. You are on time as always. The radio was on a station you don't remember choosing. It's on a song you clearly know, something your dad used to love.

"Do you, don't you want me to love you

I'm coming down fast but I'm miles above you

Tell me tell me tell me come on tell me the answer 

Well you may be a lover but you ain't no dancer"

Your fingers tapped on the steering wheel, and then you are at work. You're confused. You're in front of the front sliding doors of the airport. For a second it's empty, as your blonde hair twirls around you see people. Everything seems fine. When you look at some people. You sometimes see blood, and when you try to focus you can't see a thing. Your skirt feels odd and short on your legs. It feels like you haven't wore them in a long time. But you were them yesterday, right?

You're in a different part of the airport now. It's more crowded than usual. Everyone's pressed up against you. You should be getting to work. But you're staring out the window at a plane that seems to keep coming closer. You should run, but you can't move. You should yell but your lips are shut. 

Then hands are tugging at your skin, and scratching at your flesh. The bodies around you are trying to eat you.

Sparks gasps awake. It's the middle of the night. Her nightmares are recurring once again. They'd disappeared when she slept with John. Now they'd returned. Her back ached a bit from sleeping on the floor. It was Junior's turn to sleep on the bed tonight. Her manual labor was getting to her a bit. The callouses on her hands covered the old scars of glass that John had once cared about. She sat up, checking to see if Junior had awoken. The boy snored away unaware of what had occurred.  Sparks stood up, and left his bedroom to get some air. She went downstairs to get water. It helped cool her down, she felt strangely warm. 

The girl found herself in front of where John and Nancy slept. Her hand was up, her knuckles inches away from the doorway. She didn't know what she'd say, but she wanted to see John. Her hand dropped, and she let her head lean on the door making a dull thump on the door. She wondered what he was doing, if he had his arm around Nancy. 

Night was a time of weakness for her, and she felt as though she was losing John. She hardly saw him anymore, and it sucked. It seemed like Nancy had succesfully put them on a love lockdown. She wondered if it mattered to John. 

Quietly she walked back to her room, feeling lonely and unsatisfied. Tomorrow morning this would all be forgotten, her tiny breakdown a thing of the past. But until then, she'd toss and turn on the hardwood of Junior's room.

"So I keep in mind when I'm on my own, Somewhere far from home, in the danger zone. How many times did I tell ya for it finally got through? You Lose. You lose."

Lost In The World || John + Sparks

They'd stayed at the new settlement for weeks, though it barely felt like they. John and Sparks barely saw each other. It was almost like the people around them were trying to keep them apart. It wasn't too bad here. It was a lot of manual labor, at least for Sparks. Junior always wanted to take it off her hands, but Sparks refused rather learning how to do new tasks. For Sparks it was a new place to learn things. Gladly dealing with the cows, or working in the gardens. It'd been a while since she'd seen a walker and it was like she was lost in the world. There wasn't death surrounding them anymore.

After a long day, Junior and Sparks would come to the fields. It was a nice place to cool off. Today was no different. They were both up here cooling their sweat off. 

Junior had given her a blue dress. He said it'd been for Nancy, but she said it did not fit her curves and probably look better on the blonde. Sparks held back a laugh at how that kind shed bad light on her. At this point, Sparks had no large sourness against Nancy. She barely saw her anymore. She missed John the most, but she knew to keep their secret she had to do this. They hadn't kissed in 20 days. Sparks had counted. Though, she doubted John even noticed it. 

The dress actually fit Sparks perfectly, which made her laugh once again. Junior blushed when he saw her. She only smiled at him. It let the breeze in, and it was quite nice. As they were up here they met met Roger's little girl, Abbey.

She was the youngest girl Sparks had seen in a long time, and so she had lots of fun with her. They were chasing each other through the fields. Their long hair whipping in the wind.
