Prayer Team?

So, for those of you that don't know, which is many. I used to be basically a double major double minor student with about 23 credits every semester(23.5 this semester) and I was in a baker's dozen number of groups. I made some life changes over the Winter Break only a week before returning to Fredonia. I am now a single major and single minor at SUNY Fredonia. I currently am only focused academically on being a Music Education major with my concentration in the Percussive Arts and a minor in the studies of Physics, mostly for the wonderful world of expire mental physics, acoustics, optics, and thermodynamics! I love arts and sciences! As for the groups I am in... Well... I dropped every single group. I called in my resignations and left them all but two. My Co-Musical Director position remains with the Fredonia State Show Choir as well as my involvement with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. I believe God wanted me to focus more on what I originally came to school for but yet still dive deeper into InterVarsity so that through InterVarsity and the places I would go with the Fellowship that I would grow to have a stronger relationship with Him. That being said I have already started off the year with a great deal of responsibility in our Outreach Team helping plan our Winter Service Trip needs, our Worship Team helping run pre-semester rehearsals and performances smoothly, and now a new team that I was unfamiliar with. In the previous semester I had heard of a prayer team but was not familiar with it. It is very much similar to our Public Relations Team with a more Biblical focus. By chance I called my friend to meet him for dinner and he said he had plans but I could join. So I did. Little did I know it was a meeting for the prayer team which I am now more than happy to say I am a part of with a few other members. We discussed a handful of ideas we had for getting out in our campus and changing the lives of many through prayer. I can't even begin to tell you where this will all go, but I am so excited to let you know everything that happens when the day comes!! See you next Tuesday for more prayer team info!
