Goodbye to a truly great teacher man and friend to all he came in contact with. Your work helped countless people at many of us our bleakest moments and will continue unfolding and paying forward to countless more. Our hearts ache and our memories and anecdotes will live on but also the legacy and body of work you have done in service to students and practitioners the world over.
