darius simmons, an unarmed 13 year old, was shot dead by john henry spooner, his 75 year old neighbor. spooner accused simmons of stealing from his home. was this murder race related? some argue no. but, when black people are continually vilified (whether it be overt or implicit) and innocently murdered.. what do you call it? click the pic for the story.
