Double Sided Clothing Tape is Every Christian Girl's Best Friend
Okay, it has been a really, really long time since I didn't work for a ministry but I decided yesterday that I need to invest in the double sided clothing tape industry. I wore this really cute pink sweater that matched my fingernails (even though no one noticed) and it had serious gaposis! Not obscene but never did lay down right - you know the feeling. Even with my faux wrap dresses, I stick them right up. Startled my doctor the last time I was there because I forgot to warn her that it was taped down when she wanted to listen to my heartbeat. I love the double sided clothing tape from Container Store so much but I only use it when it is vital because of $. But now I am going to put it on just to make myself feel better. Nothing wrong with that!
New Family Life Radio #RESTART30 Day Challenge & Contest
Family Life Radio Launches New #RESTART30 Day Challenge and Contest
The Family Life Radio network is putting a new spin on the traditional 30 Day Challenge that takes place in January on most Christian radio stations. With August being a restart for many families with school starting, new goals for the Fall and new church programs, Family Life Radio is challenging it’s listeners to listen for 30 days in July/August to restart their commitment to living a life that is Christ-filled and inspiring. At the same time, Family Life Radio is launching the #RESTART30 Day Challenge contest to promote listening for 30 days and also encouraging listeners to go to myflr.org to join the tribe that is taking the challenge. The sound of a roller coaster is their signal on air to call and be caller #5 to be qualified for a trip for two to the two major Christian concert festivals in Orlando, Florida in September. On Friday night the winner’s will see Word Record Label’s For King and Country perform at one park then on Saturday the same winner’s will enjoy Word Record Label’s Love and The Outcome at the other park. There will be joy and they will be rocked by this experience. This tribe will be able to communicate online through our hashtag and also will receive free Intentional Living guides to help them with their 30 Day Challenge. “Equipping our listeners with the tools to successfully live an intentional life in Christ begins with tuning into our radio stations each day and learning what impacts their lives through our music,” explains Family Life Radio Program Director Adam Nash Biddell. He continues, “As they continue to listen and hear our ‘Word For Your Life’ and other features, our hope is that they will be inspired to live intentionally and tell others about our radio network.” The #RESTART30 Day Challenge and Contest runs from July 28th – August 22nd and is featured each weekday on Family Life Radio. “It is a great opportunity for our listeners to restart their thinking and their lives geared toward Christ in this upcoming Fall season,” states Stacey Stone, Family Life Radio’s National On-Air Promotions Manager. “With the smell of new pencils and returning from summer vacation, we hope to challenge everyone to think “Christ first” in the upcoming months.”
