soo this would take a while to explain completely, but like the short version is that Kim Kardashian released the videos on snapchat, where Kanye is seen telling Taylor about the lyrics in Famous (which she claimed she did not know about). Taylor posted on instagram that she did not know about the “that bitch” part - which from the videos too seems to be the case - however this isn’t entirely in line with what Taylor has claimed she was offended by before (in her Grammy speech for example, she was offended by the very lyric of him making her famous ect)

And yeah, that’s the main events, obviously there’s lots of shady tweets ect going on in the sidelines (national snake day tweets from Kim, Zendaya liking posts about her not being in TS squad, Katy Perry posting and deleting haha, Calvin unfollowing Taylor and so on and so on)

Anyway this was a very confusing explanation so I’ll link the BuzzFeed article I read that caught me up pretty well on this :D

is the raven cycle queer in any way? probably a weird question but i'm compiling a list of books i want to read and i'm wondering if i should put it under my queer books list or just my regular list.

YESS it is!! not so much in the first book though, but as the series progresses you realize ronan is gay and adam is most likely bi. and there are soo many totally gay scenes i’m not even kidding. but the series is absolutely great, so you should definitely read it!! <33

I'd have to agree with the anon:( I wouldn't go as far as to say I think the writers are homophobic (or anything else in that chat post), but I definitely think that if the plan is to never get them together, there's been a little too much queerbating for comedy reasons. I'd love to be proved wrong in the show, and it's definitely not as strong as it could be, but personally I can see it there:(

I can definitely see where you are coming form about having too much queer baiting for the comedic effect, but I think the amount of comedy around the queer baiting has definitely decreased. 

I just really hope it’s not just queer bating, because if it was it would be such a bad show to portray the LGBTQ+ community by
