After watching TF One for the fifth time, it made me realize something, and something I hope to make a headcanon
Why is D-16 gray? As far as I know he’s the only transformer to be almost completely gray. Except! If a transformer has passed away
Has he always been gray colored? What if Megatron, when he first sparked was mistaken for a stillborn sparkling cause he was gray?
Was he meant to ever be?
He has metaphorically been dead since his sparking
Like fate chose his path for him long before he was consciously aware of it
Just little thoughts I had on it
edit: i would def consider this for all tf continuities, sparked, forged, or came online too
If this was a conscious choice by Megatron, I think that's even more fascinating
