i was #gifted these @beautybyapp products about a week ago and i’ve been using them since. now that i’ve tried them for a few days here are my thoughts: - starting with the back to iceland cleansing foam. i really like that you only need a very small amount to thoroughly clean the skin, it also foams up a lot and removes any leftover makeup. when i initially rinse it off it feels smooth, then as i’m rinsing it’ll kind of tug my skin and once it’s completely dry my skin feels smooth again. it’s very odd but it works and leaves my face feeling smooth so it gets a pass in my book. - now onto the ultimate moisturizing honey overnight mask. the texture of this mask is very silky almost watery, it’s not sticky or tacky and it’s also not scented. once applied onto the skin it does dry very quickly which i really liked. when i used this mask overnight i did not feel any sort of hydration, in fact my skin felt dry, perhaps i didn’t apply enough. another thing i noticed was that it made my breakouts more inflamed and irritated which i was not a fan of. i definitely want to give this another try when my skin is a bit more calm and has less breakouts. i’ll also be sure to use a generous amount next time to see if it actually moisturizes the skin. i’ll update you guys via ig stories! - all the products mentioned are created and produced without any proven toxic ingredients. 🌿 - #beautyby #skincare #abskincare #cleanbeauty #joinstatus @statusphere (at Houston, Texas) https://www.instagram.com/p/BuZVKJTB8XA/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=gvzuipjfykt7
