Food is hard
So since I've started lifting weights every other day this past month and I've lost 5lbs.....but this means, according to professional trainer advice, I need to increase my calories by 200 eating a full 2000 healthy calories a day.
I reallly don't want to.
Acid reflux is a bitch and it would much easier if I could have a steak and not vomit from my digestive issues, but, no I need to eat even more tofu and seeds. I really do hate eating.
