Shout out to people with flat feet

Shout out to people who's ankles roll in and almost touch the ground and/or their feet bow out

Shout out to people who have insoles/inserts, especially those who have custom made ones because of the severity

Shout out to people who have to limit what shoes they can/can't wear because their insoles won't fit in them (I have this problem with a pair of docs I really love)

Shout out to those who want to wear other shoes and can't because it'll potentially injure their feet

Shout out to people who can't do certain activities because of their flat feet and weak ankles

Shout out to those with flat feet and need insoles, your issue and the pain and struggles it causes you are valid even if rarely talked about
