I think the relationship between Sheila E and Giorno is interesting. Sheila E admits to Fugo that when one day she has to “face Giorno” and her morality is challenged, she herself can not fight, or much less argue with Giorno because she will always consider him as this godly figure that is more righteous than her. And the only thing she can do at that moment is to physically run away from this conflict, because she doesn’t have the power to decide.
Giorno in the novel knows how Sheila E is devoted to him and uses her as some sort of pawn to get him to his goal of outlawing narcotics to children in Naples.
