This Joker!MC is getting interesting. Okay, what if MC tries to attack them while laughing and they tried to strangle the living devil out of the yandere characters and they're like "Wh-what? Th-this wasn't s-upposed to hA-pPeen- Gh-Ack!" but there was a loud noise in the background and some lightning flashed with thunder rumbling afterwards. The yandere character closes their eyes from the sound which became an opportunity for MC to escape never to be seen again. And now the yandere characters are left alone, with a dead tanuki's body in front of them and a bloddy handprint of MC beside him.

MC becomes the thorn on their side or more like arch nemesis

MC keeps telling them they wouldn’t be able to exist if it wasn’t for them while laughing while they keep putting the yandere characters and their loved ones in extreme danger. They cause anarchy and increase crime in the yandere characters’ cities

Don’t let them near a crowbar with the yandere character’s son.

In this case, Lilia has the short straw. While he is busy elsewhere which is caused by MC again. MC is with Silver, holding a crowbar and wants to teach him some manners. After that session, they leave. Since MC loves surprises, they put explosives in the building Silver is in. He tries to escape but the doors are locked and magic proof. By the time Lilia reaches Silver’s building, it’s too late

Too bad they don’t have Lazarus Pit there. Lilia shouldn’t have done all the things he did to MC. Silver’s blood is in his hands

I wasn't sure if this counts, but I saw the Joker!Mc, and couldn't resist. Imagine yandere platonic Harley Quinn!Yuuken who also snapped because of MC's disappearances (one caused by the yanderes and the other one caused by MC getting captured and placed in asylum which he thinks that's where the yanderes belonged instead), Grimm's death and maybe an alchemy incident caused by the yanderes to put him in comatose state which he wakes up from and decided to join MC on jokes.

"A kendo stick is just a bat by another name" Joker!MC joked with a wide grin and shrug as Yuuken wails on one of the yanderes with the kendo stick over and over again with unrestrained anger and mix of cackling from both of them, but he stops to keep the never ending fun going for them.

It's a slow realization for the yanderes that they single handedly destory the people that had helped them and the worst part is they can't get them back to how they were.

Everything Joker!MC sees is a joke. It's for fun! Everybody loves jokes right? They're sure Grim loves jokes! Grim loves MC's corny but wholesome jokes, Grim loves to do everything with MC, Grim gets in trouble with MC while both laugh together, Grim enjoys everything with MC, Grim loves traveling to different places with MC, Grim enjoys helping MC, Grim loves MC, MC loves Grim, everything is fine, the bond is strong. Grim is with MC oh dear what could go wrong? Isn't it fun? To make the world laugh till you see the rising sun? Oh Grim dear Grim lovely Grim. What could go wrong for it's just MC and him?

I was just reading about Joker!MC when I reread this ask again. Since MC escaped when the Yandere character closed their eyes from the thunder rumbling and were left alone with Grim's lifeless body. Did the Yandere characters buried Grim in a peaceful place or just dumped his body somewhere far away. I wanna cry, my poor baby gremlin.

In my imagine, the body was dumped random place. Maybe trash can or street

Or it was incriminated 

The yandere character doesn’t care about what happened to Grim. He died because of the yandere character

In my head the yandere character is like Walder Frey: I’ll find another

To him, Grim was just a thing in the way, making MC more attached to Grim than the yandere character. Eliminating him was just taking out the trash so what happens afterwards is no concern to the yandere character

I imagine Lilia being the most sadistic about this. He would mention all of these to MC, making it even more cruel when MC starts to laugh hysterically
