First time ever teaching yoga to a group of Veterans (or anyone for that matter) as The Joker. But it was all it sounds cracked up to be! 😆😂 The room was full of uncontrollable laughter many points through the class. Which is yoga, at its finest. To laugh with belly, is to feel the yoga.
