Excited to share some Kashi Yoga with the people of Elkhart and Michiana. 🧘🏻‍♀️😊🙏🏼 Yoga allows the mind and body to reconcile the disconnections that occur with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and most mental health issues. Inspired by the fundamental 8-Limb system of the Tree of Yoga, Kashi aspires to share the healing wonders of yoga. Kashi Heynis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) living in Tampa Bay, Florida. She teaches at Trinity Yoga Studio and runs a private practice. Kashi has worked primarily with Combat Veterans in her career as a therapist/yoga instructor. Specializing in work with trauma, Kashi provides a very mindfulness based yoga practice. Kashi grew up in the Elkhart area and looks forward to seeing some old and new souls for this heartfelt practice.
