Andrik Poroshenko, born in the Soviet Union, grew up in an orphanage. He later enlisted in the military and when he was injured in a fight against a certain group, Perseus himself took him in after he was left behind. As a Perseus agent Andrik got the callsign "Lynx" and developed a father- son relationship with Perseus. After he got betrayed, captured by the CIA, tortured, brainwashed and his memories replaced the CIA changed his name to Dylan "Bell" Butcher.

Then after the events of the game, I have two versions of his story for the two endings (actually 3 if I count him dying in the Good end):

Solovetsky end:

After being betrayed and shot by Adler, Andrik/Dylan escaped by faking his death, dropping off the cliff and managing to survive the shot and drop into the ocean. He then disappeared off the grid and worked as a mercenary.

Duga end:

He didn't get to kill Adler and the CIA manged to block the detonation signal for the nukes but Andrik rejoined Perseus and continued working for them and later on is one of Stitch's closest allies. (And they bond over their hate for Adler :))
