Jonathan Cuevas Shooting by Sheriff's Deputy in Lynwood Surveillance Footage

I'm sorry, I don't buy this for a second. There's no way Cuevas pointed a gun at Deputy Jove. Jove is the one who started shooting. If Cuevas turned back toward the deputy as he ran, it was probably because he was trying to figure out how to avoid bullets, or perhaps he was considering the option of defending his life. None of this justifies murder with a badge, which apparently is legal in this country.
