The books ... aren't bad. They're not great, and they're not particularly inventive or well written, in my opinion, but they're not bad for young adult literature, and they're definitely engaging. And they have a decent message -- at least, for the first two books they do.
But the fandom and the uproar about it needs to stop.

leamichelesarfati -- Ugh, Ariella is just adorable beyond words. I swear, she's like the princess of the PR fandom, and everytime she's online I'm struck by how quality and cute she is at the same time. Seriously, she's awesome. I follow her, and she follows me.

He's such a cool person, and I can't believe he talks to me most days. And he's super quality, and outspoken with great opinions, and definitely worth following. I follow him, and he follows me.

kagomerulz -- She is always so sweet and intelligent with everything she has to say, and I always value her ability to stay away from the petty bias that most of the Glee fandom has. Awesome blog. I follow her, and she follows me.
