It's been a BUSY weekend for Jones Team Colorado. The house on the right is a Home Partners of America purchase - our clients need to get out of their less than ideal rental situation ASAP and we were able to get them qualified into the HPA lease-purchase program. They are super excited. The 1944 cabin on the left has been in this family since the 1950's.
