She shifted slightly, one paw in front of the other as she weaved her way nimbly between the throngs of people, trying not to get her tail stepped on by strangers or grabbed at by passing kids. And people think it's so easy being a cat, Joo mused silently to herself as she narrowly dodged the sticky, rough hands of a young boy, face plastered with chocolate sauce.
Usually, she'd spend her afternoons in this particular form wandering the streets, taking in the sights from a different perspective and whatnot, but today she did have a specific place in mind, although it'd be slightly harder to get at than usual -- cats weren't exactly welcomed on the public subway. She paused for a moment on the side of the street, nimbly making her way to a ledge as she took a breather, trying to get an idea of where she was at before glancing up at the street sign. I think I'm heading in the right direction...
Eventually she made her way in front of a small cafe, people bustling in and out of it. She bristled slightly -- Joo wasn't fond of large crowds, especially in such a place like this, but she headed in anyways, pressing against peoples' legs and letting out staged, pitiful meows to get people to let her pass before slipping into the cafe, scuttling to the side to prevent being stepped on. Her feline eyes zeroed in on a specific waitress tending to an old couple before daintily making her way over to her, curling her body around the girl's ankles affectionately, a low purr making its way out of her.
