hello alex! i'm a student that's aspiring to be an artist and you really inspire me! how did you convince your parents that art is a profession you wanted to achieve? since a majority think it's a field where you don't get much success or money in.

Hello!! Aw thank you!! Well! Artists certainly don’t make nearly as much as, idk, a senior hedge fund manager lol, but artists working in animation, graphic design, and even illustration make a pretty solid amount of money! I think people have this perception of the art field as no-money land because the field is competitive and the amount of jobs isn’t as much as, persay, marketing--so we just don’t get to hear about it. I was pretty fortunate in that my parents supported me in my endeavors--I think they saw that I really cared about the subject and worked hard to pursue it super actively. Besides! In my opinion, it doesn’t matter what field you choose to go in as long as you’re super frikkin’ great at whatever you do. If you choose to become a doctor just for ‘money’ then you totally won’t make it; if you do the same for business, it probably won’t be as easy.

The Little Mermaid: What sacrifice would you bring for love? ah, i'm not too sure. i'm not one to give anything some things up (i'm selfish haha) but if I were completely in love with this person, i'd definitely give up a lot of things, with the exception of family, and friends.

Pinocchio: What is your greatest wish? i actually think about this a lot, haha I'm not sure. I have tons of wants and wishes, but I think the greatest wish would be to just, succeed at least a little in life and be happy. <:
