I’m back on my Nonsense!

So… I’ve been MIA for some time from this community, as you know. This was done for mental health reasons. The best way to heal myself from many things was just totally disengage. I’ve not even written anything Zuki for publication in over two years. That’s why I wanted to Zuki week, or at least try to. Just to show support for the friends I’ve made because of all this, but doing so more or less an arms length away.

The stories that I write for this week may not feel like the type of stories you look for in Zuki one-shots. But please know that me writing them, and what I’m writing, truly is part of the healing process for me. 

This is not a back, back, status. In fact I’m only going to be posting things for Zuki week then taking my leave into obscurity, yet again.

Do you plan on ever updating the Apartment 614 series? I'm curious if Zuki makes it.

Truth be told, as I’d been so busy with so many other things, the one helming the 614 series during Address Book was @jordanalane, while I was mostly on proofreading duty. I do believe her plans were for Zuki to make it in the end, I mean, she loves those two way too much for it to end badly for them, but I think it’s best if she’s the one to answer that thoroughly… *nudges Jordan*

Now it was a satisfying ending! I loved it. Zuko needs to drop her off at school on Druk, then the glasses will be the last thing the kids talk about. <3

I was so sad that Mimi couldn't see, and even more so that she couldn't be happy with the fact that she did because everyone thought she was ugly now. She's so beautiful and wonderful and it makes me so sad that she can't see that.

I know. That one shot came a bit from personal experience tbh, and I sort of wanted to show some of the realism of growing up and how kids can just be plain mean sometimes. But I think the important thing is even if others are unkind, she still has a family who loves her and she can choose to enjoy her life despite what others say.

I have an idea follow-up ficlet for this that will probably come next, and hopefully leave you with a more satisfying ending :)

I think that it's great that Shiro's being so supportive with Keith's fears and wishes and insecurities. But I can't help but worry about him. I mean he'll still have sexual needs even if Keith doesn't. So then he'll find ways to help himself, be it jerking off or porn. Because it is a desire he has and will want to fulfill that. And then Keith knows how this and feel even worse and is more down on himself and IT"S A HORRIBLE CYCLE. Also thanks for always answering my asks!!

I’m sure Shiro’s just fine so don’t worry about him! He knows what he’s gotten into but I have to agree that Keith does feel bad about it. :( Especially the first time he caught Shiro. However, Shiro did tell Keith it’s not his fault and he shouldn’t feel guilty whatsoever. That’s why Shiro makes sure Keith isn’t at home to do it. It happens rarely actually, since Shiro would rather settle for kisses and cuddles. Plus they have their jobs to keep them busy and their three kids who are all very energetic and loves doing sleepovers in the master bedroom every damn night. :)))

Still loving the Sheith Family AU! I have to admit I'm worried about Keith and Shiro though (I was up last night thinking about it and everything). Like that amount they had after Shiro accused him of cheating felt like it left some things open. Will Keith learn to set up better boundaries with clients when his husband doesn't feel comfortable? It's clear that they love one another but sometimes you need more, and they CANNOT break up so they have to make it work. lol.

So right after that scene where Shiro felt Keith was cheating, (am i the only one who feels like this is some continuous on-going episodic fic? ahaha) they both felt bad, but Keith mostly. So they talked about it before going to sleep.

Keith: We need to talk. *joins Shiro in bed*Shiro: *closes book* *takes off reading glasses* That line doesn’t always end well. I don’t like where this is going, Keith.Keith: *rolls his eyes in amusement* It’s not like that. I’m not divorcing you.Shiro: *places hand on chest* Oh thank god. You got me worried.Keith: *kisses Shiro on the lips* In your dreams. You’re stuck with me.Shiro: *smiles* Aren’t I just unlucky or what?Keith: Anyhoo, enough of that depressing thing. *blinks* God, now you just made me sad thinking about it. *looks at Shiro* *gulps* Unless you want to divorce me?Shiro: Never. *pulls Keith to give him a peck on the lips*Keith: Good. Phew. Glad we sorted that out. *pretends to wipe his sweat* Got me really worried there for a sec, Champ. Thinking I’m pretty selfish keeping you here with m–Shiro: *taps his husband’s cheek* Keith, you’re blabbering. Keith: *sighs* Right, sorry. So anyway, I’ve been thinking about it, recalling some signs when you said the way my authors looks at me. His name is Liam btw. *looks pointedly at Shiro* I think it’s because he doesn’t know.Shiro: Doesn’t know what?Keith: Doesn’t know I’m married. *frowns*Shiro: Oh. Well, do you want him to know? Keith gets a call from Liam and asks him if they could meet. Shiro suggests he should just come by to their house. Apparently Liam lives on the same village. It was around 8pm and the kids and Shiro are by the living room. So when Keith opens the door…

Liam: Whoa. *whistles* You have such a big fancy house.Keith: *smiles* Thanks. Do come in. Liam: *enters* *sees the family* *looks at Keith* You could’ve just told me if your relatives are here visiting. I don’t wanna take your time.Keith: *waves him off* Oh it’s nothing. Better introduce you.Liam: *follows Keith* *smiles* Okay.Keith: *clears his throat* Liam, this is Shiro, my husband and our kids Pidge, Lance and Hunk. *smiles* Family, this is Liam. He’s the new author under me that I was talking about. Family: *waves and a few hellos*Liam: *sweats nervous* *waves* *turns around* Oh god.Keith: What?Liam: I’m such an idiot. *groans*Keith: What do you mean?Liam: *sighs* I’ve been kinda trying to hit on you for quite a few weeks now.Keith: Oh, I see. So when Liam left.

Keith: *rolls eyes at Shiro* Don’t you dare say it.Shiro: *shakes his head* Sorry. But I’m gonna do it. *pulls Keith closer*Keith: Fine. Do it quick.Shiro: I told you so. *kisses Keith* You’re just so irresistible. It’s not fair. I’m already married to you, yet there are still so many people who want you. Keith: *snorts* Don’t worry, bro. I’m all yours.Shiro: *looks disgusted* I hate it when you call me bro. It ruins the mood.Keith: *laughs* I know. Can’t let you be some sap machine. But you’re sure with the new arrangement?Shiro: That Liam will just come to our house when he needs to meet up with you for his book when me and the kids are in?Keith: Yeah.Shiro: I’m okay with that. Plus, it does save money for gas.Keith: *laughs* I know! Who knew he lives here too? That butt. Shiro: *snorts* That butt. Oh my god Keith. The kids are asleep now. Voltron Family AU gives me life!! How about Keith and Shiro have a date night go to a fancy restaurant and the kids have to be left with a sitter? But the sitter is no replacement for their dads.

So previously, we know that Keith and Shiro just can’t do stuff together that easily that made Shiro feel a bit frustrated lmao, but finally after a whole damn year of not being able to do anything or go on dates, THEY FINALLY DID IT after months of planning. So of course, they asked a friend to watch the kids. It was Auntie Allura. She’s a friend of Shiro and Keith but she works at Shiro’s hospital. She was actually the one who told them she’d look after the kids.

When Shiro and Keith kissed and hugged their kids goodbye, Allura was relieved. Finally her friends can have some time for themselves.

Lance: *stares and tugs at her skirt* You’re really pretty. *blushes*Allura: *clutches chest* Awww, thank you, sweetie.Pigde: What will we have for dinner, Auntie Allura?Allura: I was thinking pizza. You guys cool with that?All three kids: YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!

So they ordered pizza and they started watching more Sailor moon due to Lance’s request.

Shiro: Keith, stop looking at your phone and look at me.Keith: Sorry, I just get worried. It’s their first time at home without us.Shiro: *rubs Keith’s hand* They’ll be fine. Allura’s great with kids.Keith: I know, but what if Lance gets hurt, or Pidge forgot to drink her milk, or Hunk needs my cuddles? Shiro: *sigh* Keith, let’s just focus on our date, okay? I know you’re worried but we haven’t had a date in a year, much less even had some private time in bed.Keith: *raises eyebrows* You mean our sexy times?Shiro: *laughs* Why do you call them that?Keith: Because they are more accurate than “private time in bed”Shiro: *shakes his head in amusement* I honestly just can’t believe it’s been one whole year. Keith: I’m amazed you lasted and even survived. *chuckles*Shiro: I know! I get by with your kisses and cuddles. And actually you know what? I can proudly say now that it’s not really that necessary anymore for us to have sexy times. I feel like I can just be contented with what we have now.Keith: *smiles* Good. Then you can last for another 10 years of celibacy.Shiro: *gasps* WHAT?! 10 YEARS?! Back at home, Allura was having a hard time handling all three kids.

Hunk: Will you read me a bedtime story?Pidge: I want to know more about Pluto and its moon the Kerberos.Lance: I want you to be the princess in the tower that I have to save from the evil dragon!Hunk: No, I was first, Lance!Lance: But I’m sleepy already so I need my princess first!Allura: *panics* Why can’t we all just sleep together in one bed? That would be easier than tucking you all in bed one by one?Pidge: BUT LANCE KICKS WHEN HE SLEEPS!Hunk: That is very true. And Mr Cuddles wont fit. I love to cuddle.Allura: Awww Hunk.
