I don't really draw mammals much lately. Weird! Here are some mammal studies from the coffeeshop, along with scribbled incomprehensible notes from listening to the very interesting Jordan Harbinger interview with Benjamin Hardy about how environment shapes our behavior. It's interesting to switch gears between birds and mammals vs. birds and turtles... Turtles just feel right, with hard angles and scales and beaks. Mammals are all squinty and furry and have teeth. People who ask for things are the ones who get them. @jordanharbinger . When I was younger, I used to think asking for things was a bit prideful (Not asking for help is actually prideful). I think what I really had issue with was the way some people asked (with arrogance or entitlement.) . I’m a big believer in serving and helping others, and believe there’s a way to ask so that it invites others in, and isn’t all about ego & self aggrandizing. And besides,how are people supposed to know what you want if you don’t ask? . So, what do you want? . Here’s my ask: if you like my art, consider supporting by purchasing something.
