Are we just encountering Tom and Jerry in another, more painterly, dimension? Let’s be clear here, animals (obviously cats especially!) in visual art are the best thing the internet has ever seen. Convey a message through a representation of a kitten and nobody will come for you! @joseluislopezgalvan does exactly this in a large part of his body of work.
