S'me, again. Two things! #1. Congratulations on four years of Chamomile! I found your comic fairly late in the game, but I read every page after finding it and have kept on readin' since! And, #2… I would totally date Vi. I, too, enjoy old computer games that beep at you such as the text-based ZZT. That one was made by Tim Sweeney, president and CEO of Epic Games. Quite a journey to go from that to Unreal and beyond, hey?
Thanks! I’ve had so many comments that Vi is a catch, I’m sure she’ll stick the landing with someone one day! I’m not actually much of a buff for old computer games like that, but we had this Phantom of the Opera point n’ click adventure game when we were kids and upon installing it on a school-grade Windows 95 computer without speakers that we had, I was fascinated by that functionality from the internal speaker, really stuck with me so seemed like it’d be a fun factoid for Vienna to spout hehe. Upon researching (to check I didn’t imagine it) I was impressed to find out some games used it for full music and everything!
