“Watch.” She then changed into her armor form and threw her keyblade up into the air which changed into a glider that she uses to go through space. She then climbed on the glider and put her hand out. “Come on, Josuke.”

Josuke was in awe but he accepted her hand. “Whoa, that’s freaking awesome” Josuke admitted, wondering how such a thing even functioned. The Speedwagon Foundation may have some impressive tech, but it didn’t have anything like this.

​Aqua was laying on the ground with her keyblade infront of her. She was passed out from fighting a hooded figure in a black coat. The hooded figure just laughed before opening a corridor and walking into it and disappearing.

Josuke, in his enraged state, has Crazy Diamond do a punching rush at the blood hooded figure, which of course is just a second too late, creating a large crater in the wall behind where he disappeared into. “Damnit!” Josuke exclaimed, calming down and focusing on Aqua. He uses Crazy Diamond to heal any injuries she may have suffered. “Hey, are you alright?”

Aqua smiled and wrapped her arms around him too. "And here I was thinking you would forget about me." She then chuckled. "I went to see my friends. I haven't seen them in a long time. But I missed you so much and I couldn't stop thinking about you."

Josuke couldn’t help but start lightly laughing, with his arms still around her. “Yeah, right, as if. You really think I’d forget about you of all people?” He questioned, with a light heartedness. He figured he’d use a bit of humor to break any tension. He really did miss her quite a bit.

“A sneak peek of us possibly being married? That sounds interesting.” She then smiled. “What would you even see us doing if we were married?”

“Er, well...” Josuke couldn’t think of very many things to do as a married couple, specifically, other than the one obvious thing, and that was really getting him flustered. “I would say enjoy other’s company, but we kinda already do that. Can... you think of anything?”

“Thank you, Josuke” She said while standing up. She was always going to protect him too but he probably didn’t know how she was going to. “Hey Josuke have I told you that I’m a keyblade wielder?” She asked curiously.

“Huh?” Josuke questioned, as he stood up with her. “No, can’t say you have. I can guess you’ve got some kind of blade weapon, but the key part’s got me a little stumped” He admitted.

Aqua was having trouble breathing because of a panic attack that she was having due to being in the dark because of a power outage. "Not again.." She kept repeating to herself as she tried breathing normally. "Not again.."

Josuke wasn’t a medical professional, by any means, but he recognized what she was experiencing. He took a lighter out of his pocket and flicked it on, holding it above them to try to illuminate as much as possible with his free arm around Aqua. “It’s alright, Aqua. You’re safe, nothing will harm you. Try to match my breathing” He spoke in a soft voice, taking deep breaths with short pauses between.

Before Josuke knew it, Aqua was out like a light. Not wanting to disturb her, he just places his arm around her back with his hand on her opposite shoulder and closes his own eyes.

To Aqua,

I really wish I could see you at least once so I could tell you just how important you've been to me. I hope wherever you are is brighter than a diamond, since I know how much you can't stand the dark. Guess I finally understand the feeling, because it's like there's a dark void in me without you here. Please be safe, I miss you.
