Huh... who would’ve known, eh?
She’s not long into becoming a headmistress, and she’s already stressed enough to need a drink, kind of funny. After all the stress sources of the elders putting her down, it was just now she was needing to drown herself on liquor to ease her nerves... Perhaps she was, in fact, too young for this.
She takes another glass and plays with it, before taking a handfull of it. Before passing her hand over her face, before hands hesitantly move towards an unoppened letter, yet another commision for another spell, an offenside one, much to her usual disgust, probably to have worse effects on the victim. Ah if only it didn’t pay her as much and she didn’t need the money to upkeep her project...
Sensible ears earn her head tilting lightly, some lot was trying to start up a tavern or inn of sorts? Huh... that was interesting, there were already some set around, the one they were in being one of them. That isn’t going to be an easy task, more so when they sound not very sure? They seem a little lost. Hm... perhaps... perhaps she can exchange schedules, feing the spell will take a little longer, and... help the strangers? she wasn’t unfamiliar with the business. And... she really didn’t want to enhance the already horrid spell, if she was honest.
With that thought in mind, she puts the thought in a small and simple gesture of magic, back into her inventory, before moving towards the strangers.
“ Excuse me... I couldn’t help but overhear that... you plan on starting your own inn? I... could be of help? My father ran an inn. “
“ I learned a thing or two on helping keep one, as well as possibly starting one from what deals he did, I also know a few merchants and partners that can lend you a hand starting your own business. That is... if you’d like some help? “
