Like Trees We Grow Up In Our Own Path
Adharma is the Sanskrit antonym of dharma. It means "that which is not in accord with the dharma". Connotations include betrayal, discord, disharmony, unnaturalness, wrongness, evil, immorality, unrighteousness, wickedness, and vice.
In Buddhism, dharma means "cosmic law and order", as expressed by the teachings of the Buddha. In Buddhist philosophy, dhamma/dharma is also the term for "phenomena".
Wesak coming this month is a holy month for those who are Buddha student, it’s very important to us between Adharma mean of living a life burning our good karma and a Dharma life working one day at a time to awake to our Buddha nature.
There is that Indian saying comes from Vedic Siddhas saying there are many forms of enlightenment than there are trees, which means we all have the potential to it but our path isn’t generic. First, because we got all different personalities, belief systems and what the Buddha call klesha “ ego grasping”. Some of us are more on living a life of fun than living a life of virtues doesn't mean that wrong just mean that a choice.
Nothing wrong with living a life without spiritual, but living that life lives some questions like what happening at the time of death, what is death or do we live ones and many more. This kind of life is on good karma burning, it’s also mean we don’t try to control our body, speech and mind, we usually love addiction from cigarette to whatever else, this kind of living is extremely fragile because three reason, first one we may build some virtues but not that much as someone who practices purely, we burning our good karma you be rich now but that due to past causes, all things that we accumulated in this life are a link to our good karma, karma to have a Ferrari may block us to realise our true nature. Adharma life is very impermanent when good karma run out, old age or sickness or any other causes will stop that life.
Another Indian saying talks about the difference between winning the battle or the ultimate war, winning the battle yes living A grad life, winning the ultimate war, in the same saying they talk that maybe the Siddha was poor and had a hard life but win the ultimate life. Milarepa quote himself taking the lower place to gain the highest one, whatever Dharma we take Buddha teaching or Krishna, Nanak or Jesus or Allah that good for us and must remember that only us can understand our path no one else. Our teachers will point the direction but that us to find by ourselves, find the method that suits us and also teaching that suit us. Our path is our own we don’t need to apologise if we don’t follow the norm because there is no norm. In Buddha dharma we can watch all past masters from different country and lineage they all did their way even if they had learned from a lineage. Living a dharmic life bring less fame than adharmic life but as a result, we lose all fears and more.
At the end between those two life there is only one question the question of choices .
