Anon!! Thank you for this question. There relationship is solid. They are absolutely endgame! They survived a killer together! Speaker sent Glasses ahead to the car with his keys, ready to stall to give them a chance to escape, and Glasses came back for him! They are forged in fire!
They are official in the sense that obviously they are but every so often Glasses gets those toxic thoughts that he's just a really good friend and doesn't really like them like that. Even when they get an apartment together.
They also go to self defense classes together because it turns out you should always be prepared to find yourself in the middle of a slasher movie.
