Coming from someone whose struggle is with low self-esteem and just low value of herself in general, I'm telling you right now that not bottling your feelings is such a healthy thing to do. Being really open, saying "hey, I'm struggling with loving myself today" is so good to do because as soon as you acknowledge it hurts, it opens the door for Christ to love you through that ache. Despite how you feel about yourself or what lies Satan is trying to tell you-you are wanted, valued, loved, enough!
