Can I be completely honest? I love him for his personality first a foremost, but every now and then I find myself completely blushing when viewing some kind of fanatic of him. X) I think it’s because of what the bible calls “the bloom of youth”.

Oh, absolutely! I mean, like I said, I do appreciate the boy's looks. He's gorgeous and handsome and all that, and I enjoy looking at him, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't find him reallyreally attractive at times.

It's just that... that's not the reason I'm such a fan of his, you know? There are many gorgeous DC characters (I mean, honestly, they're pretty much all preternaturally attractive, depending on the artist), but that's not enough reason for me to like a character on its own. That goes for characters in general, really. I can appreciate good looks on an aesthetic level, but I love my favorite characters for their personalities and values. And generally, when I'm attracted to a character it's for a combination of both reasons.
