My kind of Sunday “mess”. I haven’t made pan de sal (an enriched Filipino bun) in a very long time. I saw them at T&T and couldn’t bring myself to buy them, because the homemade version is leaps better. Happy to have a clean kitchen make these. Call me weird (or just plain picky), but these days it takes so much effort and stress to have to deal with having to clean before I bake. I just don’t have that kind of energy.
