JP Trodden is excited to partner with Chocolatier, Alex Long from Seattle’s own SELEUSS Chocolates for our very first evening of Whiskey and Chocolate Tasting.

Alex will be showcasing his incredible creations and educating us in chocolate making with a bit of fun history thrown in all while you sip along with JP Trodden Bourbons and Rye. Chocolates will also be available for sale direct from his shop in the Thompson Hotel including Truffles laced with Bolster Road Maple Rye.

We will finish the evening with a little surprise from our dear friends at JM Cellars.

Made with J.P.Trodden’s small-batch Black Label bourbon (aged 3 years & Double Gold Medal Winner at World Spirits Competition 2015), fresh organic cream, and our specially formulated 52% REGINA™ dark milk chocolate that complements its layers of caramel, vanilla, anise and soft oak notes. Encased in a 46% DUCHESS™ semisweet, then enrobed in our 67% COLOMBINA™ semisweet, and sprinkled with golden pailletés fins. (B1440, 1442) Pairing: your favorite Bourbon or Espresso drinks.
