This is Draxis Brightheart, aka Jr.
He is a kobold brawler; I played in pathfinder and transferred him into a dragon monk in Dnd. He's a rowdy himbo and an OC close to my heart.
In the OC world and lore, Jr is a Fighting Arena champion and is nicknamed the Chimera because of the ferocity and various breath weapons and abilities he uses. His powers were based on the Blue Mage from Final Fantasy, so he learned to copy monsters' spells and abilities.
