JR: He was immediately attracted to Rung (‘the brightest spark on the ship’); Animus - a bright but light snack - just got in the way. And there was no Rung 2 aboard LL2 because Rung 1 was unduplicable. ]

I: Who wants a long (and all speculative and thus likely inaccurate) thread on old MTMTE plots spun from a conversation I was having with @zhgingaah and @MMortAH? What, you do? You lucky sod, tonight is your night! So, we now know that Megatron filled some of the plot beats......originally intended for the luckless Quickswitch, that of the lethal pacifist.
But then I got to thinking, so who would the DJD have been after in the Megatron-less version? And then the perfect candidate hit me: Drift was to come back sooner... (thread continues, click link for full thread)

C: Very important question! My friends and I are wondering--how old is Ratchet? And Kup? Could you give us some insight?
JR: Questions about height and age are really hard to answer...! Age: TFs tend to all be millions of years old, so rather than make up a specific figure (Blitzwing is 5,361,780 years old) it’s a case - when such things are material - of X is older/younger than Y.
JR: Height: I’ve got no idea how tall your average TF is. 60 feet? Editorially, we tend to say ‘X is taller than Y but shorter than Z.’ The alternative - finger-in-the-air estimates like Finback is 77ft, Overdrive 71ft - would eventually have to involve spreadsheets.]
