I apologize, I have been MIA for quite a while. I am not sure about Becca, and I don’t remember her work being stolen but I wouldn’t be shocked.
I think she needed a break last I heard, but unfortunately with my being gone too I lost touch with a lot of my homies.
Her work stands the test of time though along with Mee, Kale, Anika, and so many other Marvel writers who along with the lovely readers, made my time here writing on tumblr bearable.
The Wattpad incident where the “author” refused to give me credit for my own work that she was merely translating into Spanish and where Wattpad refused to hold her accountable and take down my stolen work is really what made me stop writing. Like, I literally stopped writing altogether for Marvel, for Star Wars, even for myself in my own journals. I just totally lost motivation. It’s so depleting to see someone steal original stuff you spend months on, especially the stories where I weaved in my own personal history or people I knew.
It sucked.
But thank you for reading, friend, and I hope you will continue to explore the many wonderful authors on here and on AO3. Shout out to all the friends I’ve made on here; I hope you are well!
Just everyone stay away from stupid Wattpad haha.
