Some of these names are applicable to both platforms. I wish I had more time to elaborate. I’ve had some wonderful conversations with a lot of you guys.

Unfortunately the only person I’ve met in three dimensions is Robin (@iamtheckhabbbidxje). I met him and his friend Ziggy in Boise when we saw Seán’s HDWGH TOUR at the Egyptian Theatre on August 29th, 2018.

JSE Boss Week Day 1

February 1st: What is something about Sean that you feel makes him unique as an individual? 

His, I guess you could call it “fortitude?” His awareness and wisdom about things, especially in a mental aspect.

As a psychology major, I’m super aware of what or how my brain is thinking and why, and how to sort of “outsmart” it when it’s doing something not super healthy or nice. I see that same sort of insight in Sean sometimes, especially when he talks about mental health and emotional well-being and what it does under stress or during emotional lows. I admire his acceptance of it and how he makes an effort to combat it without being dramatic or treating it like it’s taboo to feel or think those things.

This also goes hand in hand with how much I love that he’s so determined to teach himself things. Be it skills, ways of thinking, good habits... Of course learning (or maybe unlearning bad ways of thinking/habits/etc) is a struggle, and one we probably don’t see on camera right out in the open in his case, but he’s super good at keeping at something until he either gets the hang of it or just cuts his losses because he realizes his energy and whatever else its costing him is more valuable. And I love how vocal and honest he is about all of the above.

I’ve been trying to teach myself some of the things he does to “outsmart” his brain or accept and improve it, like his okayness with having not good days.

I think his intelligence and determination, especially in a mental or emotional capacity, makes him unique. You don’t see a lot of people think or openly express things that way, let alone actively maintain that way of thinking or support it so vocally.

He's a very passionate person with a big heart. He's providing support for many people by just being there and being nice. Personally, for me it was a relief when I found him, someone who genuinely cares. And it helped me.

Not that I imply that most people are assholes or anything...
