The 3 Cs of Culture:
Here is my theory.
One must have COMMUNICATION in COMMON to build COMMUNITY - those 3 Cs COME together consistently - you’ll create a CULTURE .
The 3 Cs of building Culture.
1. Communicate ( let’s talk and see if we speak the same language or see eye to eye.)
2. Commonality ( now that we’ve spoke - we speak the same language & found the things we share in common)
3. Community ( now that we have spoken, understood we share the same outlook, we can unify & curate a community )
Community breeds culture - it’s the grounds where ideas and thoughts collide to share a perspective and a way of life on a day to day basis.
Curate your own communities by finding who you’re communicating with - those that share that same outlook will build with you until you are at the front of THE culture you created .
