Why I like Dogs More than People
Do I really even need to write down the reasons? I think to most people it would be abundantly clear. Dogs do not offer unsolicited opinions. They don’t criticize. They are non-judgmental. They don’t walk through life hateful, angry, disenchanted, disappointed and just plain mad at the world in general. They don’t give a shit who got elected president and who did not, and they don’t feel compelled to attack the loser or the winner, or the people who supported either candidate. They don’t make fun of people’s appearances, physical challenges, jobs, incomes, point-of-views, or the car they may or may not drive. For the most part, dogs just want to live in peace with people and other dogs, go out for a walk, get played with, and maybe get scratched on the head once in a while. People on the other hand, generally suck.
