yeah u prob just wore out yr lungs and they will be sore for a bit before they recover, dont freak out about it or anything just be easy on yrself, unless u start to feel like you’re having trouble actually breathing then mayb go to the doc

Thank ye!!! I’m most likely going to go into applied clinical psychology (fancy way of saying a clinician or psyc therapist) - I want to specialize in eating disorders/depression/a few other things.  I suppose the ideal place to start would be the eating disorders unit here in new orleans/or one of the acute psychiatric units here and then I’d eventually like to, after getting lots of experience at those places, start a private practice.  Hopefully I can also fit in a little bit of research too at some point.  Also, there’s really not enough people in the field who are knowledgable about trans things so I’d hope to reduce/eliminate the pathologizing of marginalized gender identities and sexualities.
