Rock of Gibraltar
It's likely I may get distracted for a minute but no minute shall pass my thought without you in it Your heart when ur next to me I can feel it... The fluctuations in the pace from the day to day make me say... I'll be your rock of Gibraltar. I'll hold you up when you feel like you've fallen... And don't be afraid to let your tears wash up against me... I welcome them for they assist with the healing and the cleansing... Seek shelter in my arms let me protect you, no battle is too tough for me to help you.... My paths are guiding as the road becomes winding and no matter which turn you make you'll find me... Feel free to roam into my soul and I'll help you harness the energy from the fear and help you use it to grow take this journey and rediscover your strength I am your rock of Gibraltar it doesn't matter the length Seek my beliefs for they are the roots of my strength but look closely and find them pitted in a reflection of your strength See you've always been the rock Gibraltar. This poem was inspired by Crystal Winters. I started it when our love began August of 2011. I wanted the first time you read this to be on the canvas print that I'm having made as your bday gift.
