Oh, the Valarin sigil…. I’m sure you’ll understand me when I say I had written the names of all 14 Valar onto scraps of paper and was shuffling them around on a frisbee to try and organize which Valar was next to each other. There is a multi-colored version of that sigil with each ‘pie-slice’ for a Vala, of which I’m working on this afternoon to make into a GIF to upload as a treat and thank-you for #teamainur. But yes, the issues of tolkien’s elven heraldry operating on a radial symmetry means I am very conscious of how to divide 360° into multiples of four - and then suddenly for that sigil I was having to adjust everything by 25.7° Hence my delight and amusement at everyone dividing it by hand!
