Collecting On Judgements
Judgements - I suddenly had to learn how do I collect on them?
Recently, I drove up to one of the properties that I was managing where the tenants had moved out and left the house empty. I was placing my sign out on the front yard to advertise that the house was for rent and available again to the public. While installing the sign I heard some very strange clanking noises under the house. I walked to the back of the house and quickly noticed that the air conditioning unit was pried opened and there were tools on top of it. Under the house there were two men cutting all the plumbing copper out from under the house. It was unreal. I could not believe my eyes!
