What's going on with Reanizine 2 and Dial-Up?

I want to use my school's printing labs to get out Reanizine 2, and I'm going to publish it online soon. Dial-Up, I was listed as a producer but not given much info as to what was going on. I'm still waiting for an answer as to what happened. It upsets me.
