With her pregnancy nearing the end, she was thankful for the few house shows, leaving her close. However, sitting backstage had to be the worst. She couldn't do much of anything, resorting to sitting backstage, where everyone could keep an eye on her. It seemed as if most of the roster were concerned for her, always afraid she'd spontaneously go into labor. And she understood them not wanting to deal with that, because truthfully, she didn't either. The thought of labor scared her.
But as she stood beside the ramp entrance, she held her bump, feeling the contractions. If she could make it until the end of the show, everything would be okay, because she didn't want him missing out. He had big matches, ones that the fans would be disappointed if they couldn't see. And she didn't want to be the reason for letting anyone down.
It wasn't until the felt the pop, followed by the water running down her thighs, that she knew something was wrong. Whether she liked it or not, the twins were coming and there was nothing she could do. "Joe!" Romana called, quickly clutching onto the nearest hand. She didn't know who she was holding onto, but judging by the grunts -- they were feeling her pain. "Joe, we need to go. Right now. The twins are coming."
