So I'm back in Denmark for my niece's birthday. She turned 5 yesterday and we're having the party today! This morning I stepped on the scale - and I lost 2,6 kg (6 lb) since December 26! I do still feel tired and I still sometimes have my stomach pain, but I know it all helps. Eating less animal products and processed food makes me feel so much better, and eating more fruits, vegetables and nuts are healing my body. Even indulging myself with lots of meat or bread makes me nauseous... so I held back with the cake today - and I feel terrific!
