My favorite KPDH headcanon/conspiracy theory/whatever you want to call it, is this: the doctor Zoey found isn't a "complete fraud."
He is actually a psychic.

Hear me out. No, not in that sense.
He knew the Huntr/x girls were going to come visit him; that's why he already had a picture of them in his office. He also knew they would ask for a voice tonic; that's why the image/cutout of him (added onto the Huntr/x picture) was holding a tonic pouch.
After he looked at the girls however, he realized a voice tonic wasn't what they truly needed. The problem was healing "the whole".
"I know just the tonics you need" was codeword for "you don't need tonics at all, you need something else"; that's why the doctor gave Rumi a box of juice pouches instead.
The same juice pouches Rumi was holding when she first bumped into Jinu. The same juice pouches Jinu stole and drank one of, just to annoy Rumi.
Through a series of events we are all too familiar with, Rumi interacting with Jinu would eventually lead to "healing the whole" during the "what is sounds like" performance.
In fact, I would argue it healed both the girls' friendship and the Honmoon.
Well, either that or he was a complete conman.
But that is just a headcanon.
A movie headcanon.
