Hey, you've mentioned Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons (I think that's how it went?) a few times, and it sounds absolutely fascinating. I wasn't around during that time, but I want to know what I missed. I guess my question is, how would you describe it? (Also, if you want to use this as an excuse to draw anything for it...well, I would not be opposed)
oh my god my time has come. so rise of the brave tangled dragons (rotbtd) was basically like crack-cocaine for anyone that was a tween tumblrina in the years 2010-2014 and it consisted of shoving the main characters of rise of the guardians, brave, tangled, and how to train your dragon together by any means possible and creating what i perceived as a twelve year old to be the greatest thing to happen to modern media. and i was completely correct so here's me using that excuse to draw:
(commission info // tip jar!)
And they took photos and they got trendy drinks and they bought souvenirs and they slept on the train and they posted the pics and they tagged each other and they sent heart emojis in their group chat excuse me why am I crying
“you can’t ship them, they never met and he’s not even gay” WELCOME TO THE TRENCHES BABY, FIRE UP THAT CAN(N)ON BECAUSE THERE ARE NO RULES IN WAR 🔥🔥🔥🔥
i feel like shipping shouldn’t be about which ship is morally or narratively or thematically ‘better’ but more about which one makes you want to throw up and write fics and jump about and make playlists and talk to people about it like the need to scream into a pillow about a random rarepair is more valuable to me than thinking about if they’ve even met
I'm never going to pretend that it isn't peak internet culture, and peak culture in general
Work in progress! I just finished reading @sboochi 's WONDERFUL story: Heirs. Needless to say that I fell in love with it. Here's Hiccup in his Fewor clothes (still need to add a couple of details here and there) 🐉
