I didn’t know anything about juicers until I read the Juice Master Diet - 7lbs in 7 Days book by Jason Vale.
Reading the book taught me the importance of having a juicer. So I bought the Viva Collection Juicer by Phillips, which is incredible because it’s so easy to use.
I love the fact that juicers removes all the junk from the fruit that I don’t need to ingest. So soluble fiber can go directly to my blood stream.
Juice Standard explains it in a better way. “Juicing does remove the insoluble fiber from vegetables and fruits…but the soluble stuff still stays in there! And while fiber is a pivotal part of a healthy diet, getting rid of all the insoluble stuff simply allows the body to better absorb health-promoting phytonutrients like enzymes. So by removing the insoluble fiber and consuming fruits and vegetables in liquid form, we’re actually giving our bodies a nutrient delivery system that lets people who would otherwise have difficulty consuming the amount of whole vegetables we need to be healthy the opportunity to reap the benefits produce has to offer.”
