It took Maddie a moment to recognize she wasn't a threat, and now Vasquez was looking at her with visible concern. "What's going on?" She asked, her voice gentle, while Maddie's was shaking as she replied. "He's there." She told her, her whole body shivering as she showed Vasquez her phone. "The screen cutter. He's in my house."
