the weird layout of my agents + ded’s apartment whose rent is oddly discounted for reasons they did not think to discuss with the real estate agent. It’s a cozy size for 4 close ppl to live together. The bedrooms are slightly weirdly small but it’s ok since they’ll be in the weirdly gigantic living room for the most part.
